Custom DTF (Direct To Film) Transfers

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

No additional fees are required UNLESS your file is not ready to print. If the artwork quality is poor or changes are required, we will email you with details and/or extra costs.

***To keep our production time fast, we will only make minimal changes to artwork without additional fees. It is best to send us the artwork in the highest quality/resolution to avoid delays in production of your order.

File types accepted: AI, EPS, PNG, SVG

Transparent Background, High Resolution, 300 DPI is best

Gang Sheeting options are available and we are happy to help create your gang sheet of artwork for an additional fee (please also add this to your cart at checkout, it is located in the dropdown box under "Gang My Artwork Fee")

If a Gang Sheet is purchased, it will come in a rolled tube and you would just need to cut out the individual transfers from the gang sheet

HOW TO ORDER:

Choose your custom transfer size using the dropdown boxes

Add any extras you would like to complete your order (ex: Gang My Artwork Fee, Priority Order Fee, etc.)

After you place your order send us an email to thepeakyapparel [!at] gmail.com with the following information:

- Order # in the email Subject Line

- Attachment of artwork file in Transparent Background High Resolution .ai, .eps, .png, or .svg format

- Desired measurements of transfers if different than what was purchased

- Any other details necessary (ex: colour requests, size changes, etc.)

PRODUCTION TIME:

Custom DTF Print production time varies based on order volume.

We do offer a "Priority Order Fee" in the dropdown box. Adding this extra fee will move your order to the front of the line for production. Priority orders will ship out within 24 hours of you placing your order.

The "Priority Order Fee" does NOT change the shipping speed/transit time you chose at checkout so you may also consider upgrading your shipping speed/transit time at checkout

To keep our production time fast, we typically do not send proofs before printing unless they are requested or if the quality of the artwork is questionable (please keep in mind; if a proof if requested, this may delay production time)

If no proof is requested and everything looks good with your artwork, we will send to print production and proceed with printing and shipping your order

Your order will then be shipped to the shipping address you confirmed at checkout
