Refund Policy

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail it back to us at: The Peaky Apparel, 6 Old Antrim Mews, Ballymena, BT42 2SP, Northern Ireland.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 2-3 working days. When returning the item please also ensure you include a note within your return parcel stating your name and order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at thepeakyapparel@gmail.com and send your item to: The Peaky Apparel, 6 Old Antrim Mews, Ballymena, BT42 2SP, Northern Ireland. Please also ensure you include a note within your return parcel stating your name and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive the value of cost of the item minus the shipping costs.

If you live outside the UK the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may take slightly longer.

When shipping items back to us we recommend using a trackable delivery service or the Royal Mail 'signed for' service. As we will not be held responsible for your item(s) if it goes missing in transit when returning it to us.
