PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE UK LEAVING EUROPE ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL IMPORT TAXES UPON DELIVERY IN YOUR COUNTRY. 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered 2 working days after a shipping confirmation email has been received . Please note that in the run up to Christmas due to an increased volume of orders our normal delivery times do not apply. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be received.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail.
Since the UK has left the European Union we are finding some customers are experiencing delays in delivery. This is a result of parcels now needing to pass through customs and is unfortunately out of our control. While we aim for international parcels to be delivered within 7-10 working days please keep an eye on your tracking and allow up to 14 working days before contacting us. 

*Unfortunately we are not able to ship to the following countries Afganistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Guniea, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine or Zimbabwe.

Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders. All orders sent overseas are subject to a refund only return policy.

DELIVERY COSTS:

International EU shipping starts at £4.99 and is priced on the weight of your order.

International Rest of World shipping starts at £5.99 and is priced on the weight of your order.

For exact shipping costs please add your item(s) to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout. Delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

Express shipping is also available on orders at an additional fee this can be seen at checkout.

 

RETURN POLICY:


We will be more than happy to accept any unworn item(s) if returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept washed or worn garments or other used merchandise. All items must have original packaging.

We are only able to exchange like for like due to differences in price e.g. kids t-shirts for kids t-shirts. Otherwise a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and should usually appear in your account within 3 working days of a refund being issued.

Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders. All orders sent overseas are subject to a refund only return policy.

 

RETURN ADDRESS:

If you would like to exchange your order for another item/ size, please return your item(s) to the address below. Items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition. Please remember to include the following information in your package so that we can process your return: Order Number, Full name, Address, Email address used when ordering, and the size/style you would like to exchange for.

IMPORTANT

From the date of placing your order, please ONLY contact us if you have not received your items AFTER the following time frame has elapsed:
UK - 10 business days
EU - 15 business days
ROW - 20 business days

To notify us about your undelivered order, please get in touch asap AFTER the above timescales, by emailing us - thepeakyapparel@gmail.com

For the quickest response, please complete all relevant fields on the form and refrain from contacting us via social media platforms. Due to the volume of posts in which we are tagged on social media, there is a real chance we could miss your correspondence. Furthermore, you may also be divulging private information.

For overseas orders: If your local postal service have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your parcel, it will be held at your local depot for a limited period only - typically 2-4 weeks - until you arrange collection or re-delivery. Any unclaimed parcels should automatically be returned to us but in the event this does not happen or it gets lost in transit, please get in touch to advise us if you have been unable to retrieve your goods.

 

Other information:

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Please check orders on receipt as any missing or faulty items must be notified to us immediately. Mistakes can not be rectified at a later date.

The Peaky Apparel is not responsible, nor liable for any orders that are returned to us by your local postal service, due to being ‘undeliverable’, ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ etc. At our discretion, we may offer to refund such orders, either in part or in full. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the package although this may be subject to the customer paying an additional shipping fee.
